Born and raised in Kentucky.

Felicia currently resides in Trimble County with her husband Michael and two children.

​Felicia, who grew up in Henry County, has experience in the financial services industry.

"Growing up in Henry County, I've seen firsthand many of the challenges facing our communities- like poverty, drug abuse, and more. I've also seen what happens when we work together in our communities to fight challenges like these head-on. That's why I believe it is so important to step up and lead the fight."

After experiencing her second term in the legislature, Felicia is determined to fight for conservative values more than ever. She stood up to the radical left's attacks and will continue to stand for life, the Second Amendment, and common sense conservative solutions.
