Felicia Rabourn is a lifelong resident of the 47th district. Originally from Henry County, Felicia lives with her husband Michael and their two children in Trimble County.

Felicia got her start in politics by serving as the Henry County Republican Party Youth Chair. Her work at the local level organizing supporters and advocating for conservative policies led her to realize that she could help to advance freedom in Frankfort. 

In 2020, Felicia decided to run for State Representative. That fall, Felicia received 69.7% of the vote. She credits such a resounding victory to her willingness to stand up for conservative values. Since that election, Felicia has championed legislation dealing with education, tax policy, and our constitutional rights.
